I was looking for a sitter and Hallie responded that she wanted the job. I emailed to confirm the job and to ask availability on several other days as options to babysit and have a chance to meet. Hallie never responded to the email. I emailed again a week later to see what her intentions were and finally got a response that she didn't want the job. I was frustrated with the lack of communication and professionalism. I would want to know this myself if I was looking for a sitter so I hope it is helpful to other parents looking for reliable sitters.
