My sister had a baby in September of 2013. She still does not have a babysitter and always calls me first to watch her daughter. I first started watching Kaylee (her daughter) when she was only a few weeks old. It was my first time working with a baby and I was surprised at how quickly i caught on. Kaylee is now almost two and my sister and I joke that she is 33% mine and 66% hers and her husbands. I often spend my friday nights watching her so my sister can have a well earned date with her husband. During the summer I am a teacher of VBS at my church. I work with mostly 4 year olds during VBS. Sometimes as many as twelve 4 year olds running around my classroom. But I love that, I want to be a kindergarten teacher so working with that age Read more is really a treat for me. In addition to VBS at my church I also go on a mission trip with my church to Alaska. While there I work with ages 3 to 10. The boys at that age really crack me up with their 10 year old boy humor. I have a little brother so I am definitely used to boy humor. I have a lot of experience working with all ages and with multiples of those ages. As a future kindergarten teacher I have always loved to teach and frequently tutor my 10 year old cousin.
