Hi, my name is Dede and I am an energetic, responsible and creative young woman looking for a wonderful family to help care for. I graduated from CU Boulder in December with a degree in Ethnic Studies and Political Science. Right now, I am happily living in Boulder, saving money and figuring out what my next move is. I started babysitting when I was 13 and moved to nanny jobs with greater responsibility at 18. Throughout my extended experience in child care, I can honestly say I love spending time with kids! My day is always brightened by their smiles and wild imagination. My favorite things to do with children involve being outdoors (parks, sports, swimming, etc.), arts and crafts, reading, making forts, listening/dancing to music and coming up with creative games. I do very well at catering to what the kids' main interests are. Boys or girls, I can Read more easily adapt to different age levels. I am happy to help with housecleaning, meal preparation, errands and/or homework if the family desires. I was raised vegetarian and am passionate about eating healthy to keep the mind, body and soul happy (however, I am very comfortable with meat). I have a big heart (raised in Ohio) and an active Colorado personality. I have my own transportation and am comfortable with all pets. I am CPR certified, and have over 4+ professional references.
