My mom started an in-home daycare business when I was 1-year-old and I spent my childhood playing with those kids and I literally grew up helping her, which lead me to start babysitting when I was 11. I've been a nanny and babysitter ever since. It has made me very aware of the needs of others, very observant when I’m out in public, and very welcoming to all kids.
