I recently moved back to Denver after living in Chicago for 6 years and am now pursuing a career as an artist (jeweler). In Chicago, I studied music and went on to get a degree in Vocal Performance. My passion has always lied in music and the arts, so incorporating art and music into my time spent with the kids I have watched is something I love to do. Apart from signing, swimming has also been one of my greatest passions and I was a swim instructor for six years. I have worked with children from ages 6 months to 14 years in the water, as well as babysat for all those ages in the past. Alongside teaching and babysitting kids, I have a lot of experience volunteering with severe special needs students at an Elementary school as my mom was a SPED teacher. I have been a nanny, babysitter, Read more teacher and swim instructor for kids of all ages for the past ten years. Most recently, I nannied a 1 year old boy for several months and then him and his newborn baby brother. We would often make crafts, read books, sing songs and go on walks to the park. I look forward to being able to spend time with young kids again and watch them grow:)
