I've always loved being around children, for I feel that they are more of a teacher to us than anyone else. My experience with kids begins in Florida, where I taught kids ranging from 5-13 how to water ski. Since then, my nannying career started when I managed a kid's activity tent at my local farmer's market. I created craft activities centered around the importance of local food and farms. Impressed with how I handled the children, my supervisor offered me my first nannying position for her 6 month old son. I have had experience with infants and toddlers as a nanny, and with newborns as an aunt. Children are the purest form of joy to be around, and that is what sparked my interest in caring for them.
