Connie seemed like she was going to be a great nanny and we hired her. She ended up bailing on us somewhat last minute because she decided to stay at the job she already had. It was extremely inconvenient and we are having to scramble to find another nanny before I go back to work. This is our first child and we feel very stressed that we only have 2 weeks now to find a nanny. It is hard enough going back to work and leaving your baby at home if you have time to interview lots of people and look carefully for a nanny. Now we are having to rush the process. I wish she had considered carefully what she wanted before applying for jobs.
