Hello! My name is Morgan Frederick and I’ve been working with children since I was 15 years old. I’ve been an assistant director for a before and after school program for 10 years. I was mainly responsible for up to 90 kindergarten to 6th grade students at one time. During the summer, I ran the summer camp and planned all field trips. I’ve also worked with infants to toddlers at a local gym to help parents while they worked out. I’ve been a nanny to two different families. One family had 2 sweet little boys, ages 3 and 5. And the other family had three wonderful children ages 3, 5, and 8! I loved working with all of them but only could do these positions over the summer.
