We had Erika babysit twice for us in the Vail area. The first time was okay because the kids swam at the racquet club and then went to bed. The second time was the reason I am writing this poor review. We had Erika come so we could go to dinner on property. The kids probably only had an hour or so before their bedtime. We asked that the kids be put down around 8pm since they had ski school the next day. When we got home at 9:45 they were still up. Erika said that they were having so much fun exploring the property that they ended up staying up a little later. Our kids are 5 and 7 and they told us, they never left the room and watched shows on the ipad the entire time in the bedroom while Erika was in the living room. We also found out that she fell asleep and had told my daughter (the 5 year old) that she was out very late the night before. We lost all trust and respect for Erika and CAN NOT recommend her to anyone. She lied to us about what she and the kids did and our kids are old enough to tell us exactly how the night went. She did not take this job seriously and we were quite taken back when we found out that she lied to us.

Erika watched our 2 children- 3 year old boy and 8 month old girl- while we were on vacation in Beaver Creek. I can't speak highly enough of her! She always showed up on time - armed with activities and games for my 3 year old (which he loved) - and was willing to stay late when needed. She was very good at getting both kids out the door for resort activities, doing the dishes / cleaning up while they napped, and figuring out all the "systems" in a short time. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Can't say enough good things about Erika! She babysat for my 19 mo old son and 18 mo old nephew several times both during the day and at night while we were on vacation in Vail. She handled the two boys with ease! They had so much fun, and Erika brought wonderful activities with her and was able to handle playtime, meals, bedtime, and naps. Would highly recommend Erika!

Erika watched my two-year old daughter in the evenings while we were vacationing in Beaver Creek and did an awesome job! My daughter looked forward to playing with her and was sound asleep when we got home. We are so happy to have found such a great sitter in the area and plan to call her again for our next vacation.

Erika sits for our two girls (7 and 11). She is always on time and completely reliable. Our girls really enjoy spending time with her and look forward to seeing her whenever she comes over. I highly recommend Erika!

I'm a busy mom so I'm embarassed to say that I'm just now getting around to posting my review of Erika! We hired her over the summer for a job and she was awesome! She brought games and played with the kids (4!) all night long- they had a blast! If we are ever back up in the mountains I am calling her for sure!

Erika did a nice job with our 1.5 year old. She was especially good at getting her to warm up to her and at being excited about bringing her toys and books so she would have new things to amuse her. Erika traveled to Leadville to watch our daughter while we were at an event which didn't seem ideal to her but she made it work which we apprecaited!

Erika was able to watch our two boys with short notice and did a fantastic job. Normally our kids get separation anxiety when we leave but I doubt they noticed we left. She was able to stay later after we got delayed. Highly recommended!

Erika was wonderful with my two children, 7 and 2. She immediately put them at ease, not easy with my kids, especially while traveling, and was consistently cheerful, affectionate, and energetic. She knows the area very well and was willing to do all kinds of activities like swimming, bus trips, etc. We were lucky to find someone like her and definitely plan to ask for her time on our next visit to Vail.

Erika was great with our 2 year old son! She came right in and started playing with him, and helped clean up once he was asleep!
