My name is Sarah Lafrinere and I am a mountain girl from Evergreen, Co. I am currently a student at the University of Colorado Denver finishing my degree in Graphic Design. The past four years I have worked at World Market as a supervisor while nannying/babysitting. Before my work at World Market I was a full time nanny and babysitter for a total of four years. I had my first nannying job my senior year of high school for a family in Evergreen. When I left for my first year of college I sadly had to leave that family. I begin nannying for two wonderful families in Denver. When I left nannying to work for World Market, I left with the purpose to immerse myself with business and design. Working at World Market has provided me with excellent experience, however, it can never replace the relationships that I built as Read more a nanny and the enjoyment I felt being a caregiver. On top of being a hard working student, I am very involved with athletics. I played Division 2 softball for two years and during my high school years I participated in four different sports. Although, I put the bat down and no longer play college softball, athletics remain a huge part of my life. I love to do any and all outdoor activities; I'm a avid skier and snow boarder who also enjoys hiking, camping, and biking. When time permits, I love to join club league softball, basketball, and kickball. I am a very diverse person though and athletics are only half of me. I have a degree in Marketing and am working on a degree in Graphic Design. I am very involved in the art world and indulge in creativity everyday. These qualities have helped me to relate with all different types of children and interest. I am a very happy go lucky girl who was raised with great morals by amazing parents. As I face my final time at school, I find myself wanting to return to nannying/babysitting not only because the hours allow me to put a lot of focus towards my schooling but nannying is a job that I truly love to do. Before I enter the big business world and become a full fledged adult I would love to take the opportunity to work with some wonderful children!
