I have been a working professional for the last 20 years. I have successfully raised 2 older daughters; one in her final year of college - where she will graduate with 2 associates in fine arts and business; the other on a full ride to UNC as a sophomore this year. I have one left at home, she will be 11 in December. I have been a single parent for the last 10 years; and feel very proud of my child raising and accomplishments at a parent. At this time, i am looking for a little less stressful and more manageable position doing what I love - raising children. I am very organized, very detailed, crafty and energetic. I also feel fortunate to be able to assist with homework and all projects. I love working on event planning, putting poster boards together, being involved in anything and everything academically. I Read more am very hands on, and very dedicated to learning and being raised with manners and or respect. Though I have not had an actual "nanny" job thus far - I have raised children - good children. Both of my older girls are nanny's, and feel that their success is in relation to the way they were raised. I am very responsible, and looking to help a family in need. As a working mom for so long -- I know what it is like to need a helping hand, and just another set of arms to provide that extra assistance.
