Hello, my name is Kendra and I'm a stay at home mom. I have 20+ years experience in this field and it has been such a blessing! First babysitting, then working at a day care for 5 years, then it progressed getting my first nanny job taking care of two girls. After that family, I had my daughter which halted the working for a few years, then I went back into the nanny world. I recently nannied for a family of two boys and that went great! Bringing my daughter and then later bringing my son along. In my experience with bringing my kids, I've noticed that not only do our kids become friends, they become like another brother or sister! I understand the uncertainty of having a nanny bringing her kids along by not giving your child any attention. So my radar is extra alert with yours, making sure they are safe and happy! But once I began to know your child more and more, then it's just my second nature in play. So it's definitely not an issue, it's simply having more kids! I incorporate a learning schedule that adjusts with life! I love outside time (which ends up becoming a science lesson), and I am an artist that makes sure your kids does a craft or two for the week. My kids & I can easily adjust to the family's schedule & respects the rules of the home.
