I’ve actually never worked as a full time nanny, but I have many years of experience as a babysitter/ child care provider. I baby sat for neighbors growing up and helped in the nursery at my church. The nursery consists of babies ages 0-2. I’ve also babysat for kids all the way up to 6. I helped in MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers) for 2 years. I’m very observant and I have sharp reflexes. I always have the kid’s best interest in mind and parents will always be reassured their kids are in good hands.
