Hello! My name is Colleen. I just moved back to Steamboat, again… The Yampa Valley curse keeps me coming back. I grew up in town, and am back again! I was a former live-in nanny for a family in Boulder, CO last fall for two boys who were 5 and 2. I absolutely loved hanging out with them and going on all sorts of adventures, making up games, and just being silly. However, the family decided to move elsewhere, near family and I was offered the opportunity to play volleyball abroad in the Czech Republic so we went our separate ways. I still stay in touch and visit with the kids and have a lasting relationship. After working on a guest ranch outside my hometown of Steamboat, I decided to escape winter and live with my sister in Kailua for a bit, but the mountains called me home! Other than Read more my former nannying, I have always been around kids. I have two younger brothers who I helped with and babysat since I was 9 years old. I also have coached a variety of ages from 3 year olds in soccer to 17 year olds in volleyball and every age in between since I was 15. I love being around kids, and hanging out with them.
