I have several years of experience with kiddos of all ages. I spent the first 3 years out of college working at an international adoption agency where I assisted in bringing children and families together. I then spent 4 years working with troubled adolescents in the foster care system. Over the past 4 years, I have spent time as a Human Resource Manager where I have supported over 4, 500 employees. I have not been blessed with children of my own yet, but I do have 2 nephews (2, 5 years old) and 2 nieces (1 and 7 years old).
