Alicen is an excellent Nanny. She was the nanny for my daughter from the age of one to two. I chose Alicen because I wanted a nanny who would do activities with my daughter and not just sit with her and she did not disappoint. She continued her music class at home, finger painting, bubbles, books, dance, nature walks and a great educational program. She did flash cards with my daughter, teaching her to count, colors and shapes. My daughter also has an amazing vocabulary. Alicen's positive personality was also great for my daughter. She is also very puntual and dependable. Anyone who gets Alicen for a nanny is very lucky and she wll make you the envy of the neighborhood.

Alicen can be summarized in one word...Amazing! During our initial interview I loved her energy, genuine love of kids, and passion for the demands of this work. Alicen is amazing with our daughter!!! They play outside learning nature, fun with bubbles, and even when in the house they have arts & crafts time. I love she plays a variety of music in the background (eg. classical & much more) as they interact and even have "silly" dance time to other children music. She plays educational games with my daughter and cares for her with tons of patience and concern! I hope she is with us for many years to come because Makayla adores her:)

Allicen initially came to my family in response to a weekend position that I had posted to sit my two children; ten years old and three months old. The first day she was there, my ten year old son told me he didn't want anyone else to watch him. He couldn't wait for her to come back! What more could you ask for? She is attentive, caring, and passionate about engaging and growing your children in your absense. She is very varsatile and coordinates her schedule to accomodate your needs. It means something to be able to go to work and know that your children are not only being taken care of, but being enriched!
