My name is Scott Buckholz and after working for years with behavioral and at risk youth in residential and school settings, I am looking to work residentially for you and your family! I began my career with a degree in Psychology and Business from Assumption College, where I played four years as a captain for the soccer team while also graduating in the top half of my class.  Currently, I am working as a supervisor for a temporary foster and behavioral residency program in Milford, CT.  I also have previous experience working in residential and educational settings centered around recreational, disabled, and at-risk youth for similar programs.  My years working in business and office settings included titles as a membership wellness representative, assistant manager, and marketing associate.  After years in both fields, I am looking to make a transition that combines of my experiences and skills and I believe working personally for your family would only be a benefit for both parties included.  The opportunity to work with, and more importantly learn Read more from, an established family on a daily basis is a priceless experience which I can thrive in grow from as well.  I am the youngest out of a family of seven and have been very proud of the close relationship we still have today and being able to work in that same type of environment is something I know I could be proud of as well.  I have a passion for the outdoors/nature and sports/physical fitness, but most importantly, my family.  Working personally with your family would allow me to relive and share the moments I had growing up and is the personal connection I have seemed to be missing from the careers I have chosen thus far.  Working directly for a family, the development of a personal relationship becomes much more important for the success, trust, and happiness of everyone included, compared to the conventional  roles between a traditional employer and employee.  If you feel I may fit that description I would love to take the time to meet you and your family to further discuss the details of the position.  Thank you!
