I have 15+ years experience with being a nanny as well as working in a preschool. I am also a mother myself to a little boy. I've learned in my experience that children thrive in an environment that is safe, fun and loving . I love to read books and do messy art projects. I believe in encouraging independence and development by using positive redirection and praise. Children need structure and consistency while also having the freedom to be silly and energetic. I believe that I am able to bring a great mix of both. I would also do light housekeeping and some evening family meal prep upon request. I am also available for overnight care for newborns.
