Hi all! I am 30 something years old with over 10 years paid experience working with children. I also have 2 beautiful girls of my own (7y.o and 9months) and am looking for to get back to work doing what I love! I prefer a part time Position but will consider full time for the right family. I have family childcare for my own infant so would not need to bring her along unless specified. I've also worked in 2 local daycares for a combined 6 years. I primarily worked with infants ages 6w-2y for 4 years with a 4:1 infant to staff ration and the final two years, I took on being a preschool teacher creating and implementing lesson plans for children 3-5 yo with a 10:1 child-staff ration. I met a family from daycare that asked me to be their Full-time Nanny of 5 (3 children) close in Read more age then for a handicapped 5 year old with SMA and his infant brother. I then began working at UConn Health and after 5 years I'm ready to go back to what I love, caring for children. I'm a caring and natural nurturer that loves to help children reach appropriate milestones. I enjoy being outside and doing crafts! I'm looking for a long term position hoping to have a professional but personal relationship with your family.
