I have a lot of past experience working with children and I am extremely good at what I do! I have extensive experience working with children of all ages in both daycare settings and as a nanny. About three years ago,, I completed my bachelors degree in English and I have also completed an associates in early childhood education as well as having a strong background in music. I currently work for a family with a one year old and a three year old for 65 hours a week, but with upcoming plans to attend evening grad school, I am looking for a family offering 40-50 hours a week. Working for so many families over the past 12 years has left me with a vast amount of childcare knowledge at my finger tips and I am constantly willing to learn more and try new things. Some of the things I like to incorporate into the day are arts and crafts, out door play time, music play time, and free play time. My current position includes many household management responsibilities as well and I am great at keeping the laundry flowing, running errands, maintaining a tidy environment, and keeping on top of anything that needs to be done around the house. My goal as a nanny is to pick up where you leave off when you go to work in the morning so there can always be a smooth transition between your work and home life! I am super energetic and fun, but at the same time responsible and reliable. I have strong organizational skills and know well how to implement household rules and maintain a positive environment!
