Hi there! My name is Cameron Griffin and I will be graduating from Bates College at the very end of May. I have accepted a full time job at a Fashion and Tech Software Company in Boston, but the position doesn't begin until after Labor Day. I will be home in Connecticut for the summer and am looking to nanny and/or babysit. I began babysitting at 13 for a few different families in my neighborhood and continued that throughout my teenage years. During the summers of 2009 and 2010, I was a reading and math instructor at the Hamden Hall Summer Academy. I worked with children ages 4 to 6 on reading and math skills and specifically worked with one student with oral apraxia, a motor speech disorder. During the summers of 2010, 2011, and 2012, I was a lifeguard, swim instructor, and camp counselor at Hamden Hall Country Day Read more School. During the Summer of 2013 I was a full-time nanny for a young boy with a severe Peanut allergy as well as a Lacrosse Coach for the notable Nor'easter Club which prepares female athletes for college recruitment. Last summer, I was the Marketing Intern for the Martha's Vineyard Art Association as well as the Assistant Manager at two boutiques on the island.
