Hello, my name is Alex. I am 19 years old and live in Monroe, CT. Last semester, I attended college at Southern Connecticut State University. However, this semester I am commuting from home to Housatonic Community College. My major is Special Education simply because working with children is my thing. I have a soft spot for children and especially special needs children. My mom is a Special Education paraprofessional, and last year I interned for free at the school she works at so that I could have some experience under my belt. I am at Housatonic 3 times a week for a few hours each time, but my availability and hours are extremely flexible being that I am still available basically every single day. I believe I would make a great babysitter for your child due to the attributes I display. My experience with children includes a few temporary babysitting Read more jobs throughout my high school years, running a day care for a few months last year in my Child Development class, hosting and being a counselor for a cheerleading camp all 4 years of high school, and being a counselor for a summer camp called Camp Summer Fun Days for 3 years. Also, I have twin brothers who are now 15, that I have been supervising my entire life. A few desirable traits I hold include being loyal and trustworthy, reliable, outgoing and intelligent. If you choose to hire me, I plan on doing arts and crafts with your children, getting some outdoor fun and exercise in, and playing games with your children. As your babysitter I will also provide homework help, light meal preparation and housework, and transportation when needed. I am more than willing to make your family and children feel comfortable, while also having fun with them and getting important things done.
