Was a nanny, teacher assistant and occasional pet sitter for friends away on vacation in Europe a U.S. for up to a month at a time to as little as a weekend, animal lover, kind hearted, all my pets have come from shelters or seem to find me in my home , showing up on my patio perhaps having seen my cats lazing in the sun and by scent. I can't turn them away and have found no kill shelters, and ended up taking them in, fostering, or keeping them. I however do not have more than 3 cats at a time. I would love to have a dog but do not feel it is fair to them in a condo, and condo rules and regs only allow one dog up to 15lbs. Also worked full time ( no longer working) and would not leave a dog alone 40 hrs Read more a week. Very unfair to the animal, and I would have been worried all the time about them.
