Hello there! My name is Amanda, and I have been working with children since 2012. I have a experience working in a daycare, as well as being a Nanny, and I love every second working with children. At the daycare I was working in the infant room with a partner as we tackled the tasks of caring for 6 to 8 newborns. Then I became head teacher in the Infant 2 room (age 8 to 15 months). After leaving the daycare I have been a nanny for twin girls (who were 7 months when I started, and now almost 2). They were premature babies, which has added a little extra hardships here and there, nothing I couldn't handle. I also have been babysitting for almost 9 years now. I started off being a mother's helper, and then a babysitter, and now since the children are older now, I'm more of Read more the "big sister" and driving them all around. I still help out babysitting for the twins every once and a while. I also have another family I babysit from time to time with 2 children under the age of 2. As you can see, I have a lot of experience in all aspects of working with kids. I am also CPR and first aid certified,, and I know sign language. I do have a curriculum I follow, so I have a lot of activities, and projects to do with kids aged 4 months to 3 years. I also have many recipes for baby food, and for toddler meals.
