I am a retired licensed optician. I enjoyed a very successful career. I have a daughter attending CCSU. As my husband continues to work full time I have decided to do what I love the most which is work with children. I adore animals as well and have 2 rescue dogs myself. References available per request. I worked for a family with 2 children in Simsbury, CT for 4 years providing transportation to and from school and activities, meal preperation and homework help. I also take care of a child in the morning before school, I prepare breakfast, take her to the bus stop, and often drive her to school for early morning activities. I have been with this family for 5 years. At this morning job I have also taken care of a number of other neighborhood children as needed.
