I have been a camp counselor for a very prestigious overnight co-ed camp in the Berkshires of Massachusetts for 5 years. During this time I have been an art specialist and a teen leadership director. I have lived in bunk with children ranging from entering 3rd grade to entering sophomores in high school. Two weeks before camp starts the staff are put through rigorous training involving certifications in CPR, dealing with delicate camper situations, trans-language, LGBT awareness, how to deescalate situations, and most importantly, to HAVE FUN! I have been a babysitter since I was 15 and a mothers helper since I was 12. Now 23 I am a college graduate with honors and have been a tutor in math and social studies during my high school years. I love working with children and making a positive impact on their life! I believe that my energy level matches almost all Read more kids and I am always willing to take on new challenge.
