I am a caring and compassionate person, very easy to work and get along with;Patient and believes in playing as a team and growing as a family. I am understanding and reasonable. I do not discriminate and am open to all walks of life. I am a leader and I encourage postive behavior and redirect negative behavior. I am passionate about many things including art and music. I come from a two-parent full household. I grew up with many siblings so I knew what it meant to have limited space and a home full of personality! Lol!. After going away to Boston MA for college I then understood what it meant to have my own space. So I am definitely used to adjustment and changes. With that being said, I completely understand when help is just needed. All Hands In!! I have 8+ years of experience caring for children between Read more the ages of 0-14+ years old, between the hours of 6:00 AM and 11:59 PM (occasionally overnight), with 2+ children at a time. I am able to engage the child(ren) in fun activities that allow them to express themselves. To name a couple of things, we explore the art of music and visual art, reading and simple team-building activities. I have noticed that these objectives keep a child's attention and interest (at least enough until lunch time!) I am qualified to care for your child(ren) because I am willing to dedicate myself and attention to your child's needs and interest while embracing their development as ever-growing tiny individuals. Because I have experience in caring for 2+ children at a time, I am more than equipped and prepared to care for one child. I truly enjoy little beings and sharing the joys of their growth! I am definitely open to caring for children with special needs including but not limited to sick special needs, hearing impaired, ADHD, ADD, Behavioral Challenged; as I have had experience caring for two children with Autism. I am comfortable with pets and flexible with any necessary needs for the household per families request. I am excited to help care for your child(ren) and be of any assistance to the needs of your family! Feel free to contact me for further info about myself/experience!
