I am a recent Georgetown grad, having majored in sociology with a focus in international development. One of my extracurricular activities during college was working with the campus chapter of UNICEF, whose mission is to ensure that all children are safe, healthy and receive an education. I have cared for children of all ages for many years and have always been surrounded by children and pets, although I currently have neither. I am most comfortable babysitting toddlers to middle schoolers. Recently I cared for a large family with 5 children. Besides English, I am fluent in Spanish and speak conversational Korean. I also speak a little French, Portuguese and Farsi. I am responsible, caring and like to have fun. I enjoy baking, arts & crafts, going to the park, playing sports, and reading a bedtime book. Aside from "safety first," I do not have other specific caregiving philosophies, but will Read more adhere to any family rules, such as no sweets or no TV.
