I started babysitting for a friend of my family 8 years ago and have since made it my career. While I do hold a bachelors degree in a non-related field, caring for children is a passion of mine. I have learned a lot and believe it is important to be a positive role mode by influencing healthy habits and behavior for all settings. I have participated as a volunteer with Girl Scouts and supervised a church nursery for 3 years. I enjoy Arts N Crafts and imaginary play with toddlers. I like to plan activities by picking up supplies from Michaels and painting or making tie-dye shirts to name a few. I work well with multiple kids and engaging them in various activities such as board games, baking, or playing at the park or even trips to the zoo.

I interviewed Lewahn and was very impressed. She is a mature, responsible, loving young lady and you can tell she truly enjoys caring for children. It's clear that she takes the time to research creative activities for the kids to keep them engaged and learning and makes sure they're eating healthy meals. She was very flexible with her schedule and while we did not end up hiring her, she will make an excellent nanny for her next family.
