My name is Becca Eisenberg and I am a recent graduate of Keene State College in Keene New Hampshire, where I studied Sociology and Psychology. I am from Orange Connecticut but I recently moved to Florida in August to join AmeriCorps and I now work for the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County. I love children and have worked with kids for a good portion of my life. I started babysitting when I was in high school, as well as working at camps as a counselor. I worked at a sleepaway camp (Camp Laurelwood) for 2 years as a counselor for around 10-12 girls. I was then a counselor for a day camp called Holiday Hill for the same amount of girls but this was a day camp. I have always wanted to work with kids not only for part time jobs but also in my future career. I have Read more a lot of experience with kids from the ages of 6-12 but i also love younger kids as well. I am CPR certified and was trained in First Aid. I am very creative when it comes to participating and creating activities. I also love being outside and active.
