My girls loved her and I so appreciated how tidy she was and the great lunch she prepared. She was very engaged with my girls playing with them and she was totally open to getting in the pool. I would have loved to have her for additional days and will definitely be getting in touch when we head back to Sarasota this summer.

Susan is absolutely amazing. We came down for vacation with our two young boys (2 year old and 8 month old) and were looking for a sitter for a few hours here and there for one or both of them, particularly because our youngest naps in the mornings, and our oldest refuses to leave the pool. Susan was able to work with our schedule, and our boys loved her (and our 2 year old can be a little clingy to mommy, but he didn't hesitate to run to and play with Susan!!). She really took charge with the boys and knew exactly what she was doing -- heck, she raised twins, so she can do anything! Anyway, we certainly plan to call Susan every time we are in the area.

After years of "vacationing" and spending 24/7 quality time with the kiddos, we were thrilled to learn about Sitter City. Susan provided us with some much needed adult time. She was professional, and she took excellent care of our daughter (3) and Godson (20 mo). They had a great time reading and getting ready for bed with no fuss. Susan even left us a detailed note, and texted us when they were down successfully for the night. She even folded laundry while we were away! We will definitely call her next time she is in town!

We hired Susan to sit for our two year olds when we were on vacation in Long Boat Key. We found her on sittercity and were very impressed by her credentials. Upon reaching out to Susan, she was prompt in her reply and provided a resume with referrals. We made arrangements for her to sit a few nights over the course of a week. When she arrived, she jumped right in to caring for the kids. The kids immediately took to her and together they had a great experience! My husband and I were able to enjoy a few great nights out together knowing that our kids were in great hands. Each night Susan left a sweet note about how their time together went. We are grateful for the chance to have Susan as part of our week and look forward to seeing her in the years to come!

My family was in Sarasota for a week and needed a sitter a couple of days. Susan came to our rescue and was beyond wonderful. Not only did she entertain and take care of our son all day but she wrote a detailed note at the end of each day to let me know how things had gone and she even did our laundry and cleaned up for us! If you are in the area permanently or just visiting, you cannot go wrong with Susan. She was a fantastic sitter and a very nice person. I cannot say enough nice things about her!

Susan babysat for our 22 month old daughter last week and did a great job with her. She's at the age where she's quite attached to Mommy, and Susan did a wonderful job transitioning with her so that we were able to leave the home without tears. We came home and she was tucked into bed, no problems. Susan left us a very detailed note about what they did together for the evening. Overall she was very professional, yet did a great job in making our toddler comfortable with her. We would recommend her to anyone and hope to use her in the future when we are in town!

Susan watched our two year old while we were on vacation so that my husband and I could have 2 nights to ourselves. She made the somewhat scary idea of finding a quality babysitter in a strange town VERY comfortable. She followed my son's routine as instructed and spent extra time doing things he loved. He felt very comfortable with her and by the time she came the second night, he was thrilled to see her! She cleaned up the cottage and left a lovely little note about their evening together. We are a first time user of Sittercity and are just so happy with our first babysitter, Susan. Our 8 month old took to Susan very quickly as she really interacted and paid attention to the baby. When we got home Susan had straightened up the room and kitchen which was definitely above and beyond her duties. She had also left a "report card" which we really appreciated. My husband almost did not want to leave this review so we could keep her for ourselves!

Susan is a wonderful person as well as a wonderful babysitter. She really pays attention to our kids & takes the time to play with them. She had actually bought over some arts & crafts for my daughter, along with a small gift..:-) She is very thorough in which she wrote all that she had done with our 3 month old, when she changed him, when & how much he ate. She is very flexible & so easy to get along with. We are very fortunate to have found such a wonderful person & sitter & are lucky to have her join our family!
