Erica E.

Erica has been with my son since he was about 8 months old, he's now almost 3 1/2. She has been so very wonderful with him. She truly loves him, and he loves her. He has never batted an eye when I left, he thoroughly enjoys his time with Miss Erica. Erica has always kept my son engaged with creative activities - no electronics! They paint, play piano, build toys, go to the park, ride bikes, go on nature walks. The list goes on. She is very attuned to my son's needs and discusses his development with me. Erica always considers safety first and would not do anything that she believes might put my son in harm's way. Erica always gives me a run down of their day - activities, eating, mood changes, potty breaks; she keeps me very well informed, there are never any surprises (other than beautiful artwork!!) Erica always makes sure to leave my house in better shape than she found it. And that is always so appreciated - nothing better than coming home to a happy child and a picked up house! Erica has always asked about our discipline methods and has followed our lead (not that she's had too very often), but she wants to know how she's expected to handle any inappropriate behavior. My son and I will tremendously miss our Miss Erica, when we move. She has been such a great part of his life, helping him become a well mannered, creative little fellow. She has shared her heart with him, and he loves her, a mom could not ask for anything better from a caregiver.

As a mom looking for assistance to help with your children you always pray first then let your gut lead you. I am so happy my gut lead me to Ms. Erica. Her patience, productive time management, expertise, and always helpful suggestions were a God sent. She exceeded my expectations. Ms. Erica was called upon to help my son with piano lessons. My 7 year-old is a picky eater, energetic, and a boy with a short attention span. If you are not talking about Minecraft forget about it! Erica was able to get him to focus and want to learn the notes, rhythm, and reason. I also have a 7 week old who has stranger anxiety. She liked Ms. Erica which, also made me know I made the right choice asking her for assistance. Small children intellect towards grown-ups means a lot to me. I think the pick up the make-up and intentions of the person. I would definitely recommend Ms. Erica to anyone in need of help, someone reliable and trustworthy.

Erica cared for our three dogs and fish for five days while we were cramming in a last minute summer vacation. She was very professional and obviously cares for animals a great deal. Upon our return we found our animals happy, healthy and thoroughly loved. She did a great job and we will definitely use her again.

I hired Erica as a new mom of a 6 week old. Obviously very nervous about someone I didn't know (and found on the internet) coming into my home. I did the Sittercity background check and called all of her references (all with great things to say.) We used Erica until we moved to Westchase and then it was just too far for her to drive. We miss her dearly. She is a great nanny, very trustworthy and responsible. Also, her daughter is a well behaved sweetheart. My little boy loved her little girl. Would absolutely recommend.

Erica was awesome. She came on very short notice and my girls had a great time. I really appreciate her and how she actively engaged my 10 year old through music and other games instead of just watching shows. We will be using erica again. If you are looking for a trust worthy sitter she is a great fit.

We were in a frenzy prior to meeting Erica. Our nanny of two months had informed us on a Tuesday morning she was leaving the state within hours due to a friend passing away, could not guarantee us she would be returning by the following Monday, and her back up nanny was unavailable. Again an absolute frenzy! But after calling and meeting countless nannies and going to daycare centers during a three day period, we had the pleasure of founding Erica. Erica’s primary concern from the start was ensuring our 13, two nine year olds not twins, and our 6 month old baby girl’s safety was ensured. She arrived on time and ready to work every morning. Erica was extremely reliable and dependable even with last minute on-call situations. She took initiative when providing care for all four of our children. She was always nurturing, warm and loving towards our children not to mention always providing a pleasant, enthusiastic environment for them. With a teenager that alone can be challenging at times but related to all of my children without fail. Not only was Erica able to handle our household stresses with ease, but she was enthusiastic and effective when communicating all daily activities. We were so thankful for Erica and will continue to welcome Erica in our home to care for our most prized and valuable processions!
