While growing up I had the opportunity to have a sister who was 11 years younger than myself. During the summers, and after school I was responsible for taking care of her. Making sure that she was having fun, getting her school work done, prepping meals, and so forth. In May of 2015 I graduated from Olivet College in Olivet, Michigan with a bachelors degree in criminal justice. During my time at Olivet College I had to opportunity of taking a first aid class in which we learned CPR, First Aid techniques, and bandaging on adults and children. After graduating from Olivet College I began working at Turning Point Youth Center where I had the amazing opportunity of working with youth on a daily basis.
