She came to the interview and was ok with part time work she said and accepted my offer. But the last minute she cancelled on me saying she found full time work. That was dishonest and lead me on and wasted my time. Why apply for my ad posting if your intentions were to have a full time job. Our family really needed a sitter and canceling last minute put us in stress and inconvenience.
