I have a 13,6, and 3 year old sisters. Also have a 3 year old nephew and 6 month old niece. When my baby parents/brother have to go to work early or come home from work late I pick the kids up and get them ready for school and daycare (pack lunches, make sure all homework in in backpacks) and drive them where they need to go. When I need to pick them up I help them do their homework and fix them a snack and also make sure they go outside and play. Being around kids and seeing their smiles is the favorite part of my day.
