I have always had a love for children and caring for them as if they were my own. I have experience with a set of twins from Newborn up to 5 years of age. I also have experience with a 2 year old boy as well as several 7-10 year old children babysitting off and on. With all of these experiences I have been more then just a caregiver but also a mentor. As an artist, I love to do fun crafts with them when time allows and I am also very athletic and energetic. I know the importance of playing, using your imagination and being active rather then sitting in front of the television or occupying them with a video game. I try to always make time for light cleaning and tidying up of play areas, the kitchen and laundry if it is needed. I have a college degree and am an intelligent young lady, and I'm happy to help your kids with homework or class projects. If your children are very young you can be sure they are in good hands with a loving person who will make sure they are happy and healthy at all times. If they are a bit older you will be happy knowing they are enjoying some fun activities, learning and growing and in a healthy, active and caring environment. I have a degree in Fine Arts and have a small business of my own jewelry and art. A position as a nanny allows me the freedom to work on my art on the side when I am not caring for your children. This also allows my schedule to be very flexible. I can work early mornings if you need help before leaving for work or I can stay late in the evening, overnights as well as weekends. I am also willing and well traveled domestic and abroad if you need my assistance on business or vacation trips. I have a valid drivers license as well and speak and write English fluently. I also know a little Portuguese as well.
