Hi! My name is Cori Christenholz, and I am 2013 graduate from Eastern Illinois University. Currently, I am a Disney Youth Education Series Facilitator. I lead groups of 10-20 students ages 8-18 through out Disney Parks teaching them about science. Recently, I started working as a Co-Teacher for ages 1 and 2 at the YMCA on Disney property (Lake Buena Vista location). During college, I volunteered as a Girls on the Run coach and at a local Equestrian Therapy Center. I have taken a Life Span Human Development course which covered the influences of family and society on the growth and development of an individual. I have also taken a Personal Nutrition course which covered the  impact of individual food behaviors on the nutritional status of individuals and the identification of behavior change strategies to positively influence health outcomes. I am also American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid Read more certified. I believe children can learn at any age and learn best by having fun! Making arts and crafts, playing pretend, and reading are fun ways to let children use their imaginations. The reason I most love working with children is because, if you listen, they always have the most interesting things to say!
