EXPERIENCE Children’s Ministry Director, CrossRoads Community UMC, (November 2012-Present) Oversee all programming and ministry for children ages birth to 5th grade, including Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, summer programming, special events, etc. Select and prepare curriculum for each program and each age level. Develop activities and programming for children facilitating learning and encouraging spiritual growth. Conduct weekly family bible study and Mom’s group meetings. Responsible for teaching, choreography, bookkeeping, budgeting, time management of 17 employees, day-to-day activities, and starting new programs.
