I am recently retired state licensed healthcare professional that LOVES being with children. My CPR & Frist Aid are current. I prefer to be the substitute "grandma". I believe every child needs positive encouragement and a grown up attention so they feel secure and safe in my care. I can provide occasional care (date nights or mommy day out); or occasional overnights; and certainly day coverage. I certainly would tidy up the home and if you want...meal preparation. I have my own transportation and a good driving record. I am comfortable around pets...not so much snakes or frogs...but just about anything else is fine. My son was a 'collector' of very odd critters...so I understand.
