I currently work full-time as a special education paraprofessional in a school district in the north suburbs of Chicago. I will be pursuing a Master's degree in LBS beginning in the fall. I also work part time as a Care Team Member providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services. I am a former preschool director and instructor, and former nanny to families in the Chicago suburbs who have children with autism. I am comfortable working with both typically developing students and students with learning disabilities and/or behavioral disorders. I prefer to work with children in lower grades (K-5). I am very patient. In my daily work, I assist in almost all aspects of classroom instruction and testing.
