My name is Milan and I just moved to Florida. Back home, I was a nanny for a boy with down syndrome and he was just fantastic. Kids love me because I am a big kid myself but I know how to be assertive and issue discipline when needed. I've had experience with multiple different ages. One summer I worked at a local daycare for my service hours. I was in the toddler section so I know how to handle multiple little kids at once.
