Hello all! I am Ashley, a 26-year-old college graduate with many years of experience in raising children and looking after animals (usually dogs, but I am growing quite fond of cats as well). I received my BA in Psychology from FIU and am moving towards advancing my career as an elementary teacher by substituting at various schools around Broward County on my days “off”. Throughout my time as a student, I supported my educational and extracurricular endeavors by working long term for several families. With them I regularly picked up from school/was part of a bus stop car pool, assisted with homework/ class projects, prepared meals and snacks, handled light housekeeping, and dropped off at multiple evening activities. Additionally I fed and walked their puppy, and made frequent trips to the park and other fun destinations as a group (3-4 kids, plus friends often invited on play dates). Prior nanny experience includes (beginning with most recent): -6 months and counting with an infant and a toddler on a part-time basis -3 years with 3 elementary and middle school aged children, plus 1 dog -1 summer with 4 elementary aged children -2 years occasional sitting with 1 toddler -1 summer with 2 twin toddlers -Miscellaneous babysitting for family, friends, and neighborhood throughout the years w/ age group ranging from infant to pre-teen
