Greetings! My name is Jasmine and I am an energetic 24-year-old caregiver available for full time, part time and or occasionally needed services. I am extremely passionate about caring for children and trust worthy in ensuring their overall well being through healthy and happy lifestyles. I enjoy getting children actively involved through outdoor activities, reading, story time, arts & crafts and sports of all kinds! I believe that the most effective child caring is given through undivided attention, active and playful supervision, and the patient and gentle love of a child care provider. I am in the beginning stages of entrepreneurship developing my very own full time nanny/sitting service for families in need of patient, loving and energetic helpers. I obtained a bachelors degree from The Ohio State University in Sports and Leisure Studies with a minor in Communication in 2011 as well as a Master's degree from Florida International University in Sport Administration and Parks and Recreation Management in April 2013. I am a former youth cheerleading coach, track & field coach and am in the process of becoming a business owner of my own youth sports and development organization; where we nurture and develop the academic and athletic growth of children grade school-high school students. I assist with house keep, meal preparation, and transportation. My extensive background in education also makes me the perfect candidate for children needing homework help, homework check, mentoring and tutoring in most all areas! Though I do not have any children of my own, have been deemed the temporary custodial guardian of my 4-year-old nephew (due to an unfit living environment) and am extremely aware of the importance of bringing along a responsible, reliable and positive role model to be apart of a family's life. I have interned at a child care facility, giving aid and day care to children (ages 3-6 years old), been the full time nanny of infants/newborns and I am an occasional care giver to a very active 18-month-old boy; but am very comfortable with children of all ages! I am located in the Pembroke Pines area and am always available to meet and extend any additional information needed:-)
