I am 53 years old and my youngest is headed off to college. Prior to quitting in April, 2017, I had a successful career as a Nurse Recruiter. Although I've never been a nanny, I've had many years experience working with children. For eight years I was the homeroom mom for both of my daughter's classrooms and taught Teen Night at church with a group of three other adults. Prior to working as a Nurse Recruiter, I worked with the Children's Advocacy Center in Rogers, Arkansas. In addition, I have worked at Bost Inc., a company dedicated to the care of individuals with disabilities, both as a Case Manager and direct care staff. For three years I had the pleasure of having a young disabled woman live in my home 24/7. I graduated from John Brown University in 2016 with my BS in Organizational Management while working two jobs and Read more raising two teen age daughters of my own. I am interested in this position as it will allow me time to be with children who need me while I decide what my next step will be.
