My name is Shanelle Hill and I have been in the childcare field for over 15 years and have worked in many different atmospheres. I started at a daycare working with children from newborns to 11 years old. After 8 years working there I moved and started a position as a full-time nanny for a very busy profession family with four children. Over the 4 years working with them my love for childcare grew immensely and they became a huge part of my life. I also worked for the family's construction firm part time as an office assistant. After moving to Florida, I found another position working for a family with two beautiful girls whom I currently care for. I am a very family oriented person with a respect for dedication to work and always striving to be the best. I love to be outdoors and do arts and the Read more crafts on my free-time.
