Hello, my name is Crystal. I started babysitting while still in high school which evolved into a nanny position. I have over fifteen years of experience working in the childcare field within a classroom to an administrative position. I have experience with children 8 weeks to twelve years of age. I love seeing the joy on a child's face while playing games, making crafts, reading stories, and in general just having fun. I love teaching the discovery of new things and believe in a hands on approach. I am CPR and First Aid certified for adult"s children and infants. I have numerous hours of continued education with training in communicable diseases, SIDS, allergies, and medicine administration. I strive in making every child feel like they are a unique and special individual. I also have the added experience of motherhood, having raised two children myself.
