I have been taking care of little ones for as long as I can remember and currently achieved my AS degree on Early Childhood Education in 2014. I started out babysitting in California where I used to live and slowly made my way into daycares. I loved what I did so much that I applied for a preschool teacher position to not only expand my experience, but to also share my love and joy elsewhere. I was then hired to be a Preschool teacher and I was heartbroken to leave the kids in my previous job (daycare). I was relieved, however, to know that the families wanted to stay connected with me. Until this day,even now that I have moved to the Panhandle, the families and I still stay in touch. I am 23 years old and I definitely know where I want to go with my career, but because Read more I am new in the Florida state, I want to start off slow by serving families around me while school (to get my Bachelor's degree) hasn't started. I am educated in how to handle children, from infants and older, but I also respect the family's ways and tradition and willing to learn for every family. I was certified in first aid training and CPR, but my certification expired October of 2014. I am willing to take this certification again if required. In this new nanny career in the Sunshine state, I plan not only to simply find a job, but to also find lifelong friends as I did back in California.
