A recent transplant to South Florida, I was a certified 7th grade teacher in Connecticut so I *love* reading to kids! I have been taking care of children since I was in middle school. In college, I was a frequent babysitter/nanny for several families with children ranging from 8 months to 10 years. I have recently spent significant time caring for babies, including my niece and godson. My ideal position would be as a part-time (20 hours) to full-time caregiver for a family with one or two children. I am completely comfortable with feedings, bath time, changing diapers for infants or young children, or after-school care for older children.
