Cici is a nice person, but isn't the person she tells you she is in terms of skill set. I had her take care of 1 set of my TWINS with my other nanny supervising. Cici is timely. But she didn't initiate things on her own. I had to get all of the crafts set and almost force her to do them with my children. There were many times (I work full time from my home) that I would come in and Cici was on her cell phone and my children were playing alone. I had to reduce my expectations with Cici. She couldn't bathe the kids. The whole reason my kids started school early was because I couldn't depend on Cici to do the job I asked and I didn't want to go through the disappointment of finding someone new again. She'd be a great babysitter, but not a nanny. She also doesn't drive which makes things tougher as well.
