Experienced as both a Live In and Live Out Nanny. Live Out Nanny - worked for Family with two young girls (5 and 3). The Husband traveled 3- 4 days a week in the Southeast. My responsibilities were very extensive due to the travel of their Father. My duties included: Preparing the children for school - kindergarten and preschool. Preparing and packing their snacks/lunches, taking them to school and picking them up after school. Organized and developed entertaining activities and projects for the children directed towards learning, organized regular outings and play dates, light housekeeping running errands and grocery shopping. Scheduled and took children to activities and appointments and played outdoor games with the girls. Lastly, I prepared the children for bedtime including baths and storytelling. Second Family - worked for a Renown Doctor of Interventional Neurology and his spouse who specialized in Software Design. She commuted from the West Read more Coast regularly and the family relied on me to be the children's caretaker in a moment's notice. The Children were 5 year old Boy and Girl Twins. The Parents had extensive backgrounds and traveled to the United States from Armenia for their careers and the children's cultural diversity. The Children were fluent in several languages and had tutors daily to further their educations. The most demanding responsibility was to coordinate the children's activities around their Mother's travel schedule and the "On Call" responsibilities of a Physician. Live In Nanny - I quickly formed a Motherly bond with the two children, an 11 year old boy and an 8 year old girl. They lived with their Father, Attorney and Single Parent. Their Mother passed away from Cancer Five years earlier and the children had several nannies during that period of time. As a result, I became a full time caretaker for the children. I coordinated their schedules from waking to bedtime. In addition, I worked with the children on the "little things of life" they were missing resulting from the loss of their Mother. This included teaching the daughter on subjects and topics similar to those of early home schooling for a 1st-2nd grader. I also counseled both children on items like manners, hygiene and getting along with others. I cared for the children as I did when raising my own son and daughter. Children are my passion and raising them fulfills my life. I am available as soon as necessary.
